I started my journey as a student-athlete at Oklahoma State University, where I played football at the Division I level. But everything changed after a major injury sidelined me and forced me into a long, humbling season of rehab. That recovery wasn’t just physical—it was spiritual. It taught me how to slow down, listen to my body, and reconnect with parts of myself I had ignored for years. That’s when I realized: healing isn’t just about the body. It’s about the whole being.
Now, I help others walk their own path toward wellness. My approach is holistic, rooted in the belief that the mind, body, and soul are always in conversation.
Through intentional movement, breathwork, and mindset coaching, I guide clients not just toward fitness goals—but toward balance, presence, and peace.
